Dennis Stout

Dennis Blaine Stout, 59, of Mount Morris (Dunkard Township), Pa., died at 8:48 A.M. on Sunday, May 27, 2007 at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W. Va. He was born September 15, 1947 in Franklin Township, Greene County, Pa., a son of the late Cleave Blaine and Arlene Faye (Sponaugle) Stout. Mr. Stout was a 1966 graduate of Mapletown High School and resided in Dunkard Township all of his life. He was a member of the Mount Morris Gospel Tabernacle. Mr. Stout retired from the Consolidated Coal Company Humphrey No. 7 Mine in 2000 after working there for 28 ½ years. He was a member of Local 1058 of District 31 of the United Mine Workers of America. Mr. Stout was a devoted husband and father and cherished the company of his family and friends. He enjoyed hunting and vacationing with his family at the beach. On November 21, 1970, he married Gloria J. Hartman, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Rhonda M. Stout of Mount Morris and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Deceased is a brother, Delmas Lee Stout. Family and friends are welcomed from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. on Tuesday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, Carmichaels, Pa. and from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M., the hour of service on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at the Mount Morris Gospel Tabernacle, Mount Morris. Pastor Fred W. Tomlinson will officiate. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mount Morris. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Mount Morris Gospel Tabernacle, P. O.
