Harrison Bruce Avner, 65 of Uniontown, Pa. and formerly of Greensboro, Pa. and Fort Washington, Md., died at 12:12 P.M. on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at Cherry Tree Nursing Center, Uniontown. He was born October 30, 1942 in Franklin Township, Greene County, Pa., a son of the late Dr. David L. and Lillian (Ball) Avner. Surviving are a brother, David L. Avner and his wife, Dolores of Pittsburgh, Pa. and a niece and great niece in Virginia. There will be no public viewing and private interment will take place at Greene County Memorial Park.
