Helen Billetz

Helen Juristy Billetz, age 74 of Greensboro, Pa. died at 4:35 A.M. Thursday, May 17, 2007 in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg, Pa. She was born December 10, 1932 in Bobtown, Pa. a daughter of the late John and Bertha (Komperda) Juristy. Mrs. Billetz was a graduate of University High School in Morgantown, W. Va. She was a member of Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in Greensboro. Mrs. Billetz was a homemaker and resided most of her life in the Greene County area. She enjoyed the company of her family and cherished her grandchildren. On February 27, 1954 she married John H. Billetz who died October 21, 2003. Surviving are three sons, John M. Billetz, Gary E. Billetz, and Michael P. Billetz all of Greensboro; one daughter Debra A. Conway and her husband David of Middletown, Md.; four grandchildren, John R. Billetz, David S. Conway, Matthew J. Conway and Richard C. Conway; four brothers, Walter Juristy and his companion Alma Gregg of Star City, W.Va., Frank Juristy and his wife Frances of Lorain, Ohio, John Juristy and his wife June of North Versailles, Pa., and Robert Juristy and his companion Patricia of Cottage Grove, Ore.; one sister Alice Nagy and her husband Robert of Fontana, Cal. and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is a brother Edward Juristy. Family and friends are welcome to attend a Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at the Holy Family Worship Site of the St. Ignatius of Antioch Parish in Greensboro with the Rev. John M. Bauer as celebrant. Interment will follow at Monongahela Hill Cemetery, Monongahela Twp.
