Janice Rodavich

April 16, 1943 — February 21, 2008

Janice Rodavich, 64 of Waynesburg, Pa. died unexpectedly Thursday, February 21, 2008 in Waynesburg. She was born April 16, 1943 in New Kensington, Pa., a daughter of the late Robert and Ann (Bogaty) Montanari. Janice was a graduate of Plum Boro High School and has resided in Waynesburg since 1975. She enjoyed shopping, reading, traveling and flower and vegetable gardening. Janice was a former member of the Greene County Country Club, where she loved to play golf. She was a homemaker and at one time worked for West Penn Hospital as an insurance representative. On July 15, 1967 she married Rodney E. Rodavich who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Rodney R. Rodavich and his wife, Jill of Rochester, Mich. and Robert S. Rodavich of Waynesburg, a grandson Zachary Rodavich and two sisters, Nancy Montanari of Renton, Pa. and her twin, Janet Rosewell and husband, Charles of Penn Hills, Pa. and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are welcome from Noon to 3 and 6 to 8 P.M. on Sunday and 10 to 11:00 A.M., the hour of the funeral service on Monday, February 25, 2008 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. The Rev. Harold O. Kelley will officiate. Entombment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Autism Society of America, 7910 Woodmont Ave., Suite 300, Bethesda, MD 20814-3067.
