Nancy Yarish

Nancy W. Yarish, 63 of Millsboro, Del. and formerly of Connellsville, Pa., lost her life to cancer on Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at her home. She was born March 24, 1943 in Connellsville, Pa., a daughter of the late Edgar A. and Madeline Dawson Wilcox. Until her retirement, Mrs. Yarish worked for 28 years for the Federal government and then started her own business, Premier Meetings. On January 6, 1965, she married Jack L. Yarish, who survives. Also surviving are two sisters, Jane Sprouse of College Park, Md. and Donnie Hardy of Waldorf, Md.; an aunt, Grace Brow and her husband, David and several nieces, nephews and friends. Deceased is a sister, Anna Marion. Family and friends are welcomed from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. on Saturday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels, Pa. where funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 5, 2006 with the Rev. Herbert Dubler officiating. Interment will follow at Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg, Pa. A memorial service will also be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 9, 2006 at The Lutheran Church of Our Savior (302-227-3066), 7 Bay Vista Rd., Rehoboth Beach, Del. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial contributions be made in her memory to the Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947 or to the East Sussex County Relay for Life for Cancer, Holly Lakes Campgrounds, 32087 Holly Lake Rd., Millsboro, DE 19966.
