Rose Marie Pezzoni, 80 of Carmichaels, Pa., died at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, March 10, 2008 at Cloverdale Personal Care Home, Masontown, Pa. She was born March 16, 1927 in Vestaburg, Pa., a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Susanna (Fiedor) Pluto. Mrs. Pezzoni was a 1945 graduate of Mapletown High School. She was a member of the St. Hugh Roman Catholic Church of Carmichaels, the Rosary Society of the Church and was a former member of the Catholic Daughters of America. On November 9, 1946, she married Jack A. Pezzoni, Sr., who survives. She and her husband operated the Pezzoni's Dairy Bar, Pezzoni's Pizza and Pezzoni's Pizza Supply for many years. Also surviving are a son, Jack A. Pezzoni, Jr. and his wife, Brenda of Charleston, W. Va.; a daughter, Bunnie Burch and her husband, Norman of Cape Coral, Fla.; three grandchildren, Norman Burch, Jr., Shawn Marie Rife and Buffy Renee Burch and her husband, Ryan Waddell; a sister, Frances Loretta Boord and her husband, Raymond of East Rochester, Pa. and several nieces and nephews including Jack Tyransky and his wife, Doris of Connecticut. Deceased is a brother, Joseph Pluto, Jr. Family and friends are welcome from 5 to 7 P.M. on Thursday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. where a blessing service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 14, 2008. The Rev. John M. Bauer will officiate. Entombment will follow at Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg, Pa.
