Ethel L. Miller

Ethel L. Miller, 73 of Carmichaels, Pa. died Tuesday, August 26, 2008 in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg, Pa. following a lengthy illness. She was born October 25, 1934 in Redstone Township, Fayette County, Pa. a daughter of the late Walter Lee and Mollie Rebecca (Knisely) Miller. Mrs. Miller was a graduate of Cumberland Township High School and worked as a legal secretary for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, Pa. She later moved back and worked for several attorneys in Waynesburg. Mrs. Miller enjoyed baking, working in her flower gardens and playing bingo. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Carmichaels. Surviving are a daughter, Sherri L. Miller of Carmichaels, Pa.; a brother, Earl E. Miller and his wife Wanda of Carmichaels and a sister, Dolores "Dee" M. Ruth and her husband, Bill of Carmichaels. Also surviving is a special friend, Joyce Lund of Carmichaels and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her parents are a son Earl Edmond Bradmon, who died in infancy and two sisters, Shirley Ann Miller, who died in infancy and Nita Lee Bobruska. Family and friends are welcomed from 2 to 6 P. M. Friday, August 29, 2008 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P. M. on Friday with the Rev. Roger C. Saunders officiating. Interment will be private.
