Margaret E. Beatty

Margaret E. Beatty, 85 of Bedford, Ohio and formerly of Ronco and Masontown, Pa., died at 3:50 P.M. on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at Northfield Village Retirement Center, Northfield, Ohio. She was born January 30, 1923 in Ronco, a daughter of the late Amadee and Catherine (Murray) Provance. Mrs. Beatty was a member of the Shepard Road Christian Church in Macedonia, Ohio. On June 12, 1945, she married Robert L. Beatty, Jr., who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Barry Beatty and his wife, Terry of Macedonia and Robert Beatty and his wife, Cindy of Carmichaels, Pa.; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Amadee Provance and his wife, Veronica of Garfield Heights, Ohio and Kenneth Provance and his wife, Lillian of Walton Hills, Ohio; six sisters, June Harkins and her husband, Ansley of the State of Mississippi, Audrey Preamble of Uniontown, Pa., Jean Perella of the State of Maryland, Janet Thomas and her husband, Barry of Streetsboro, Ohio, Mary Catherine Wallace and Veronica Klink, both of Uniontown and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a brother, James Provance and a sister, Patricia Havanas. Family and friends are welcome from 1:00 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. on Sunday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. A graveside service will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, November 17, 2008 at Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, Pa. The Rev. P. Keith Larson and the Rev. Harold O. Kelley will officiate. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Shepard Road Christian Church, 9571 Shepard Road, Macedonia, OH 44056.
