Neil Owen Watters

Neil Owen Watters, 36 of Carmichaels, Pa., died unexpectedly Saturday morning, February 28, 2009 at the Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. He was born September 12, 1972 in Uniontown, a son of Frank E. and Phyllis A. (Teagarden) Watters of Rices Landing, Pa. Neil was a 1991 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School and attended Penn State University at the DuBois and Fayette Campuses. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Carmichaels and drove delivery truck for Coca Cola Enterprises of Houston, Pa. since 1996. Neil enjoyed riding four wheelers and dirt bikes. He was an awesome dad and a loving husband, son and brother. Neil always had a smile on his face. On February 14, 1993, he married Regina S. Rice, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Brady Owen Watters, at home; a daughter, Brooke Olivia Watters, at home; two brothers, Craig S. Watters and his companion, Judy of Clarksville, Pa. and Kevin W. Watters and his wife, Kimberly of Carmichaels; his mother-in-law, Mary Jo Rice of Nemacolin; several nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law, Art Rice and his wife, Jamie and two sisters-in-law, Nedra Grego and her husband, Eric and Gina Rice. Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. on Tuesday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 in the First United Methodist Church, 104 W. South St., Carmichaels with the Rev. Roger C. Saunders officiating. Interment will follow at Hewitt Cemetery, Rices Landing, Pa.
