Myra J. Reeves

Myra J. Reeves, 67 of Carmichaels, Pa., died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 30, 2010 in her home. She was born September 10, 1942 in Crucible, Pa., a daughter of the late August and Sophia (Krivosky) Angelini. Mrs. Reeves was a 1960 graduate of Cumberland Township High School in Carmichaels and a 1961 graduate of Robert Morris School of Business. She resided in Carmichaels nearly all of her life. Mrs. Reeves worked in the admissions, diagnostic imaging, emergency room and medical records at Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg, Pa. as a clerical secretary from 1985 until 2000. She enjoyed traveling by car and visited as many of the States of the Union as possible. Vacationing at the beach was her favorite destination. On March 12, 1963, she married Thomas Clyde "Sam" Reeves, who died November 7, 2004. Surviving are two sons, Thomas D. Reeves and Timothy E. Reeves and his wife, Linda, all of Carmichaels; four grandchildren, Sara, Jessica, Gina and Madelyn Reeves; a sister, Nancy L. Hassan and her husband, William of Henderson, Nev.; a niece, Stacie Brown; a nephew, Ryan Torbic and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends are welcome to visit with the family from 5 to 8:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. A memorial service will follow the visitation on Wednesday at 8:30 P.M. with the Rev. James D. Donahoo officiating.
