Helen Temo Paci, 90 of Nemacolin, Pa., died at 10:10 P.M. on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 in her home. She was born December 13, 1919 in Continental, Fayette County, Pa., a daughter of the late Pete and Anna (Gurney) Temo. Mrs. Paci was a member of the Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, Nemacolin since 1940 where she was a member of the Rosary Society. She was a member of the Greene County Court # 1923 of the Catholic Daughters of America and enjoyed being a homemaker and raising her family. Mrs. Paci was employed by the Carmichaels Area School District in the cafeteria for several years. She was an excellent cook and provided many meals for holiday and family gatherings. Her home and yard were a tribute to her love of all types of flowers. On June 24, 1936, she married Emilio "Emil" Paci, who died December 31, 2003. Surviving are two sons, Thomas E. Paci and his wife, Barbara of Clarkston, Mich. and Emil L. Paci and his wife, Sandra of Troy, Mich.; three daughters, Emily H. Hritz and her husband, John of Bonita Springs, Fla., Patricia A. Paci and her husband, Michael Conrad of Chardon, Ohio and Cynthia Madich and her husband, Gary of Westerville, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Thomas Paci, Jr., Christina Paci, John Hritz, Robert Hritz, Emily Ann Hritz, Renee McDonnell, Johnna Deering, Anna Madich and Joseph Madich; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Sophie Zammerilli and Mary Kubasik, both of Clarksville, Pa. and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are two sisters, Josephine Rodriguez and Anna Knepp. Family and friends are welcome from Noon to 3 and 6 to 8 P.M. on Sunday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. where a blessing service will be held at 10:15 A.M. on Monday, June 14, 2010, followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Consolation Roman Catholic Church, Nemacolin with the Rev. John M. Bauer as celebrant. Entombment will follow at the mausoleum at Greene County Memorial Park. A parish vigil service will be held at 8:00 P.M. on Sunday in the funeral home.
