Iva Arbogast Heeter, 79 of Waynesburg, Pa. and formerly of McClellandtown and Garards Fort, Pa., died at 9:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg. She was born January 16, 1932 in Greene County, Pa., a daughter of the late Harold and Eva (Barclay) Cree. Mrs. Heeter had been a member of the Mount Calvary United Methodist Church in Garards Fort and attended Jacobs Lutheran Church, Masontown, Pa. as long as her health permitted. She retired as an inspector in 1986 from Greenway Manufacturing in Waynesburg where she worked for 25 years. Mrs. Heeter enjoyed listening to country music, traveling and lunchtime fellowship at the Golden Corral in Uniontown, Pa. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Surviving are three sons, David L. Arbogast and his wife, Linda, of Waynesburg, Bobby A. Arbogast and Donald N. Arbogast and his wife, Kathy, all of Carmichaels; a daughter, Connie S. Frost and her husband, Ken, of Prattville, Alabama; 11 grandchildren, Quentin Arbogast, Duane Arbogast, Brandy Andrade, Heather Eitner, Sammy Huggins, Nikki Calvert, Travis Arbogast, Megan Carroll, Jeff Frost, Joshua Frost and Jonathon Frost; 10 great grandchildren; a son-in-law, Donald Huggins of Greensboro, Pa.; two brothers-in-law, Ronald Heeter and his wife, Janice, and Glenn Heeter and his wife, Tracy, all of McClellandtown and a sister-in-law, Linda Hudson and her husband, Denny, of McClellandtown. Deceased are her first husband, Samuel H. Arbogast, whom she married on October 15, 1947 and who died on February 13, 1986; her second husband, Marion Heeter, who died July 3, 2003; a son Doyle Arbogast; two daughters, Donna Arbogast, who died in infancy and Linda C. Huggins and a brother, Dale Cree. Family and friends are welcome from 7 to 9 P.M. on Friday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. on Saturday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. where the funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 13, 2011. The Rev. Jerrad R. Peterman will officiate. Interment will follow at Jacob's Lutheran Cemetery, Masontown, Pa.
