William R. Haney, Jr.

William R. Haney, Jr., 64, of Carmichaels, Pa., died Friday, October 26, 2012 in Precious Moments Personal Care Home, Carmichaels, Pa. He was born July 1, 1948 a son of the late William Russell and Ethel Mae "Honey" (Porter) Haney, Sr. Mr. Haney lived in the Carmichaels area all of his life. He served in the US Army. Mr. Haney worked as a heavy equipment operator and drove coal truck for many years. He also enjoyed collecting music from the 1960's. Surviving is a brother Robert D. Haney (Nancy) of Carmichaels; two sisters, Shirley A. Berry (Tom) and Lee Phillips both of Carmichaels and his former wife & best friend Marie Benci of Washington, Pa. Family and friends are welcomed from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, October 28, 2012 the hour of a Funeral Service in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. The Rev. Charles Durso will officiate. A committal service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Masontown Cemetery, Masontown, Pa.
