Raymond W. Yuras

Raymond W. Yuras, 66, of Carmichaels, Pa., died at 4:15 A.M. on Friday, June 14, 2013 in his home. He was born August 4, 1946 in Uniontown, Pa., a son of the late Walter and Pauline (Tokish) Yuras. Ray was a 1964 graduate of German Township High School, McClellandtown, Pa. and served with the U. S. Marine Corps. He worked as a delivery person in the local area for the United Parcel Service until his retirement. Ray was a member of the St. Hugh Roman Catholic Church of Carmichaels. On April 24, 1971, he married Rita M. Bellan, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Raymond Jason Yuras of Carmichaels; two daughters, Monica R. Mays (Lawrence) of Carmichaels and Amy B. Switalski (Wayne) of Waynesburg, Pa.; five grandchildren, Michael, Katie, Tyler, Mason and Wyatt; a brother, Regis Yuras (Rose) of Leckrone and a sister, Tamela Brady of Leckrone. Deceased is a brother, Walter "Fugu" Yuras Family and friends are welcome from 5 to 8 P. M. on Sunday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. A private service and burial will take place on Monday, June 17, 2013.
