Doris M. Huey

Doris M. Huey, 92, of Rockville, Md. and formerly of Bobtown, Pa., died at 1:45 A.M. on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at her home. She was born August 26, 1921 in Uniontown, Pa., a daughter of the late William H. and Ada Ellen (Wiltrout) Huey. Doris was a 1940 graduate of Point Marion (Pa.) High School and attended George Washington University and Montgomery College. She was a Presbyterian and worked in payroll accounting for the United Mine Workers of America Health and Retirement Funds in Washington, D. C. from 1968 until 1995. After retirement, Doris enjoyed walking and aerobic exercising. Surviving are her friend, Herminia Cabrera, with whom she made her home and several cousins including Doris Bodnovich and her husband, Ken, of Greensboro, Pa. and Edward Wiltrout and his wife, Carolyn, of Fredericktown, Pa. and their families. Deceased is a brother, Robert Huey. Family and friends are welcome from 6 to 9 P.M. on Friday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 16, 2013. The Rev. Bruce R. Judy will officiate. Interment will follow at Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg, Pa.
