Elizabeth J. Hall

Elizabeth J. Hall, 77, formerly of Crucible, Pa., died at 2:10 A.M. on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Kade Health and Rehabilitation Center, Washington, Pa. She was born March 22, 1936 in Glassport, Pa., a daughter of the late Andrew M. and Helen E. (Olenicheck) Martina. Mrs. Hall was a graduate of Glassport High School and resided in Crucible most of her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Crucible and was active with the Parents Teachers Association when her son was attending Crucible Elementary School. Mrs. Hall was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She had a great sense of humor and all that knew her appreciated her quick wit. Mrs. Hall was a dedicated and loving single mom. Surviving are a son, Glen Hall and his wife, Alison, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; a granddaughter, Ashley E. Hall; a brother, Joseph F. Martina and several nieces. Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P. M. on Friday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. where a blessing service will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 21, 2013, followed at 10:00 A.M. by a Mass of the Resurrection at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Crucible with the Rev. John M. Bauer as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Crucible. A vigil service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Friday in the funeral home.
