Marilyn Loretta Mtjoy

Marilyn Loretta MtJoy age 83, formerly of Nemacolin, Pa. died Monday, February 10, 2014 in Punxsutawney Area Hospital, Punxsutawney, Pa., following a brief illness. She was born April 30, 1930 in Grindstone, Pa., a daughter of the late Mary Catherine (Bill) and William "Bill" Ralko. She was a 1948 graduate of Cumberland Township High School. Marilyn lived in Nemacolin until 1994, when she relocated to Punxatawney, PA to be closer to her son. She was a homemaker and loving mother. Surviving are her two sons, Robert MtJoy, Jr. and his wife Sundra and Bruce MtJoy and Wanda Covatch; two grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; and one brother, William Ralko of Livonia, Mich. Deceased in addition to her parents are her sister Arlene "Sugar" Bialko and two brothers, Robert L. Ralko and Edmond Ralko. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of one's choice. Family and friends are welcomed to gather at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Crucible, Pa. where a Mass of the Resurrection will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 12:30 P.M. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Yoskovich Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
