Thomas O. Bane

Thomas O. Bane, 62, of Carmichaels, Pa., died unexpectedly Friday, March 20, 2015 in his home. He was born October 24, 1952 in Waynesburg, Pa., a son of the late William Albert and Dorothy (Whoolery) Bane. Mr. Bane was 1972 graduate of the Carmichaels Area High School and worked for the Consolidated Coal Company for 25 years as a barge handler. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing and was a member of the Nemacolin Citizen's Club and a social member of Cumberland American Legion Post 400. Surviving are a son, Thomas J. Bane of Bobtown, Pa.; a brother, James Bane of Carmichaels; a sister, Kathy Willham of Carmichaels; two nieces and four nephews. Deceased are two brothers, William A. Bane, III and Edward Bane. Family and friends are welcome from 6 to 8 P.M. on Monday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa.
