Bobby A. Arbogast

Bobby A. Arbogast, 64, of Waynesburg, Pa. and formerly of Carmichaels and Bobtown, Pa., died Thursday morning, January 21, 2016 in his home. He was born January 28, 1951 in Franklin Township, Greene County, Pa., a son of the late Samuel H. and Iva Marie (Cree) Arbogast. Mr. Arbogast attended Mapletown High School and entered the U. S. Army to serve for nine years. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 461 in Waynesburg, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3491 and Cumberland American Legion Post 400 in Carmichaels. Mr. Arbogast drove truck for R. A. Matteucci Beer Distributing, Inc. in Rices Landing, Pa. for many years. He enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles.

Surviving are two brothers, David L. Arbogast and his wife, Linda, of Waynesburg and Donald N. Arbogast and his wife, Kathy, of Carmichaels; a sister, Connie S. Frost and her husband, Ken, of Prattville, Ala. and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is a son, Sean Arbogast; a brother, Doyle Arbogast, who died in childhood and two sisters, Donna Arbogast, who died in infancy and Linda Huggins.

There will be no public viewing and family and friends are welcome to visit the family from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M., the hour of a memorial service on Friday, January 29, 2016 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. Pastor Susan Hoover will officiate.

The Carmichaels Honor Guard and the U. S. Army will accord military honors after the memorial service at the funeral home.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Veterans of Foreign Post 3491, 500 W. George St., Carmichaels, PA 15320 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
