Norma L. Patrick

Norma L. Patrick, 85, of Dilliner, Pa., died at 9:46 P.M. on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W. Va. She was born April 15, 1931 in Rivesville, W. Va., a daughter of the late Thomas Edward and Olive (Poling) Stewart. Mrs. Patrick was a Baptist and enjoyed cooking for her family. She especially cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren. On July 4, 1948 she married James Patrick who died March 17, 1995.

Surviving are a son, William Edward Patrick and his wife, Debby, of Timberlake, Ohio; two grandchildren, Brian James Patrick and his wife, Angel and Courtney Ann Zappola and her husband, Mark; six great grandchildren, Madeline Patrick, Maximus Patrick, Molly Patrick, Abigale Zappola, Ella Zappola and Camden Zappola; a sister-in-law, Rose Vanata of Dilliner, Pa. and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are two brothers, Thomas Stewart and John Stewart and four sisters, Opal Sanson, Lily Martin, Nancy Summers and Elizabeth Cross.

Family and friends are welcome from 5 to 9 P.M. on Thursday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 A. M. on Friday, May 6, 2016 with Rev. Bruce R. Judy officiating. Interment will follow at Monongahela Hill Cemetery, Mapletown, Pa. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Amedisys Hospice, 2183 McClellandtown Road, Masontown, PA 15461.
