Martha "Marty" Johnson, 64, of Mount Morris, Pa., died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in her home. She was born February 3, 1953 in Franklin Township, Greene County, Pa., a daughter of the late John and Martha (Grim) Pecjak. Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Mt. Morris Sportsmen's Association and enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and canning. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and sister. On July 23, 1970 she married Raymond L. Johnson, who died January 8, 2015.

Surviving are three daughters, Donna L. Yoney and her husband, James, of Mount Morris, Jennifer R. Bane and her husband, Michael, of Waynesburg, Pa. and Amy B. Haines and her husband, Jay, of Mount Morris; seven grandchildren, Joshua Marchsteiner, Cora L. Ruth, Tora R. Ruth, Garrett Haines, Ryley Metheny, Grace Haines and Brayden Mort; two great grandchildren, Brody and Raelynn; four brothers, John "Sonny" Pecjak of Crucible, Pa., Joseph Pecjak of Florida, Ralph Duane Pecjak of Crucible and Frank Pecjak of Morgantown, W. Va.; two sisters, Jane Haines of Goose Creek, S. C. and Judy Dean of Waynesburg and several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her parents and husband are a grandson, Casey D. Sharratt and a sister, Mary Lee Lemasters.

There will be no public viewing and family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at 2:00 P. M. on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the Mount Morris Sportsmen's Association, 366 Watkins Run Road, Mount Morris, Pa.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Mount Morris Sportsmen's Association, P. O. Box 132, Mount Morris, PA 15349.
