Ashley Christine Kachersky

Ashley C. Kachersky, age 40 of Jefferson, Pa. formerly of Carmichaels, Pa. passed away Monday, June 17, 2024.  She was born October 26, 1983 in Waynesburg, Pa. a daughter of Mary Kay Kolat of Carmichaels and the late Nicolas Richard Kachersky.  Ashley was a 2002 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School.  She enjoyed hanging out with friends and family, being in nature, riding motorcycles, playing jokes and making people laugh.  She loved animals and had a dog, bearded dragon and a gecko.  Ashley would light up a room when she walked in it. She had a heart of gold and made a friend out of anyone she met and they instantly loved her.  Ashely was a loving mother and a great friend to all.

Surviving in addition to her mother is a son, Sebastian Kachersky of Carmichaels; a sister, Brandy Rohrer of Ligonier, Pa. and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home (724-966-5500), Martin J. Yoskovich, F.D./Owner, Aaron S. Walker, F.D., where a blessing service will be held at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2024 follow by A Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthias Parrish at St. Hugh, Carmichaels, Pa. with the Rev. J. Francis Frazer as celebrant.  Interment will follow at Laurel Point Cemetery.
