Hazel Ross Worch Brown

Hazel Ross Worch Brown, 89, of Masontown, Pa, and formerly of Mount Pleasant, Pa.,  Suitland, Md., Ruffsdale, Pa., Carmichaels, Pa. and Sarasota, Fla., passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Peroni Personal Care Home, Uniontown, Pa.  She was born February 19, 1934 in Acme, Pa., a daughter of the late David S. and Nellie (Bungard) Wilkins.  Mrs. Brown was a 1952 graduate of Hurst High School, Mount Pleasant.

Surviving are five sons, Frank M. Ross, Jr. (Claire) and Bruce D. Ross (Brenda), both of Bradenton, Fla., Gary L. Ross (Mary) of Mechanicsville, Md., William D. Ross of Bradenton and Robert A. Ross (Alicia) of Bradenton; two daughters, Kathy L. Simons (Bob) of Masontown and Patty R. Rively (Frank) of Clarks Summit, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; three brothers, Roy R. Wilkins (Dee) of Mechanicsville, David A. Wilkins and Lee R. Wilkins (Sharon) both of Mount Pleasant and several nieces, nephews, step-sons and step-daughters.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank M. Ross, Sr.; her second husband, Michael S. Worch; her third husband, Harold H. Brown; two brothers, Wayne Wilkins and Ray Wilkins; four sisters, Emma Jean Shreves, Evelyn Orczyk, Dorothy Mayes Armstrong and Mildred Hull and a half sister, Virginia June Kantorik.

The family expresses their thanks and appreciation to the staff at Cloverdale Personal Care Home and Peroni Personal Care Home and Miranda, Katie and Michael with Amedisys Hospice.

Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday, November 24, 2023 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 25, 2023.  Pastor Ron Hudson will officiate.
