Howard Frederick Wallace, Jr., 60, of Carmichaels, Pa., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at his home. He was born March 30, 1960 in Monongahela, Pa., a son of the late Howard Frederick Wallace, Sr. and Carolyn June (Collins) Wallace. Mr. Wallace was a 1978 graduate of Ringgold High School and received an associate degree in business from Penn Commercial. He was raised in the Church of the Nazarene, Monongahela and resided in Greene County for the past 22 years. Mr. Wallace worked as a technician at Falcon Plastics in Washington, Pa. and then as a butcher for Shop N Save in Carmichaels. He was an avid sports fan and cherished his grandchildren. On June 10, 2000, he married Shannon C. Harvey, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jonathan Wallace (Alyssa) of Rostraver, Pa. and Joel Wallace (Ashley) of Belle Vernon, Pa.; a daughter, Crystal Staley (Justin) of Coal Center, Pa.; a step daughter, Stephanie Aldridge of Waynesburg, Pa.; six grandchildren, Justin Staley, Jr. Liam Wallace, Colton Staley, Jase Staley, Kyleigh Havanis and Kain Drew; a brother, Jan Wallace (Charleen) of Harrisburg, Pa. and a nephew, Derrick Wallace. Deceased is a nephew, Justin Wallace.
There will be no public viewing.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the Greene Valley Church of God, 558 Crucible Road, Rices Landing, PA 15357.
