James A. Urban, 78, of Clarksville, Pa. and formerly of Crucible, Pa., passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. He was born September 3, 1945 in Crucible, a son of the late John and Margaret J. (Vargo) Urban, Sr. James was Lutheran and is survived by a sister, Esther V. Alexander of Hideaway, Tex. and several nieces and nephews.
James was preceded in death by siblings Margaret Skiles, Eleanor Urban, John Urban, Jr., Dolores Hillsman and Shirley O'Grady.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 P.M. on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. The Rev. P. Keith Larson will officiate the funeral service at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday in the funeral home.
Private interment will take place at Greene County Memorial Park.
