Janet L. Smith, 68, of Waynesburg, Pa. passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 in the Washington Hospital. She was born May 28, 1955 in Greene County, Pa., a daughter of the late Jesse N. and Helen J. (VanCleave) Eddy. Mrs. Smith enjoyed crafting and traveling. Her husband, Ronald Smith, passed away on February 15, 2020.
Surviving are two sons, Scott M. Shriver (Nicole) and Bryon J. Shriver (Beth), both of Waynesburg and seven grandchildren, Bryon Shriver, Killiah Shriver, Michael Poland, Brenna Poland, Suaysawan Shriver, Funsuay Shriver and Brianna Shriver.
There will be no public viewing and arrangements are private.
The family is requesting donations to help with funeral expenses.
