John "J. P." Weston

John "J. P." Weston, 51, of Bobtown, Pa., passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022 in his home. He was born July 1, 1970 in Killeen, Texas, a son of Margaret M. (Laskody) Van Meter of Bobtown and the late John S. Weston. J. P. was currently working at the Greene Team Pellet Fuel Company, Garards Fort, Pa. He was a taxidermist and enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He cherished his family and was a devoted son, uncle, brother and nephew.

Surviving in addition to his mother are a brother, Jeffrey L. Weston of Dilliner, Pa.; a niece, Treslee Weston; two nephews, Travis Weston and Tanner Weston; several aunts and uncles and his companion, Tina Tarpley.

There will be no public viewing and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
