Landen Watters, 20, of Rices Landing, Pa., passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, July 7, 2019 as a result of injuries sustained in a traffic accident in Cumberland Township, Greene County, Pa. He was born April 25, 1999 in Uniontown, Pa., a son of Craig S. Watters and his wife, Judy, of Rices Landing and Shilo L. (Vernon) Brock and her husband, Curtis, of Waynesburg, Pa. Landen was a 2017 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School and worked construction as a rock truck driver. He enjoyed art and was a car enthusiast. Landen was a good hearted, kind, respectful and hard working young man and was loved by all that knew him.
Surviving in addition to his parents are three brothers, Drake S. Watters of Carmichaels, Pa., Braden W. Brock and Spencer J. Brock, both of Waynesburg; a step brother, Joshua Elliott (Melinda) of Monessen, Pa.; three step sisters, Kelly Brock of Moon Township, Amanda Willis (Frank) of Blairsville, Pa. and Rebecca Mastarone (Paul) of Cranberry Township, Pa.; paternal grandparents, Frank and Phyllis Watters; maternal grandmother, Mary Vernon; three nephews, Owen, Oliver and Ethan; three nieces, Quinn, Ophelia and Ainsley and several aunts and uncles.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. and from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M., the time of service on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church, 101 West South Street, Carmichaels, Pa. The Rev. Dayton D. Mix will officiate.
Interment will follow at Hewitt Cemetery, Rices Landing, Pa.
