Lee James Wright

Lee James Wright, 44, of Clarksville, Pa. and formerly of Washington and Waynesburg, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in his home.  He was born September 21, 1979 in Washington, Pa., a son of the late Judy Wright. He attended Washington High school and later received his GED.  Lee was a self-employed and self-taught construction contractor, owner of WCS Contracting LLC. He took much pride in his job and the homes on which he worked and worked long days to provide for his family. He was a welcoming and loving person and always cared for the needs of others and his three kids.  Lee was creative with his past times of drawing and coloring and his creativity was reflected in his life's work.  He loved cooking and preparing meals for his family and friends and would never let anybody go hungry.  Lee enjoyed gray and rainy days and loved watching documentaries and any show that fueled his passion for learning.

Surviving are a son, Trenton James Wright at home; two daughters, Dakota Lee Wright and Alexis Lee Wright, both at home; a brother, Justin Ankrom of Waynesburg; two sisters, April Ankrom and Tammy Roupe, both of Waynesburg and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no public viewing.  Family and friends are invited to attend a time to celebrate his life at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3491, 500 W. George St., Carmichaels, PA  15320.
