Martha L. Poling

Martha L. Poling, 91, of Lakewood, Ohio and formerly of Carmichaels, Pa., passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024 in her home.  She was born April 16, 1933 in Cumberland Township, Greene County, Pa., a daughter of the late Ernest R. and Sarah M. (McWilliams) Crago.  Mrs. Poling was a 1951 graduate of Cumberland Township High School and retired from Cleveland Trust.  After retirement, she enjoyed baby sitting for 25 years, cooking, reading and flower gardening.  Mrs. Poling was a member of the Lakewood United Methodist Church.  On September 17, 1965, she married Larry O. Poling who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Barry E. Poling, at home; three daughters, Peggy M. White (Mike) of Cleveland, Ohio, Pamela S. Duplaga (Jim) of Cape Coral, Fla. and Penny River Scott of Wildwood, Mo.; five grandchildren, Anna M. White, Jessica M. Sample (Craig), Kevin Duplaga (Michelle), Heather Bean (Judd) and Raven Schad; four great grandchildren, Nolan, Luke, Chase and Braven and several nieces and nephews.  Deceased are two brothers, George Thomas Crago, who died in infancy and Charles Edward Crago.

Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, , Carmichaels, Pa. where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 29, 2024.  Pastor Andrew Gump will officiate.

Interment will follow at Laurel Point Cemetery, Carmichaels.
