Mildred Marie Bargerstock

Mildred Marie Bargerstock, age 94, of Monroe, Michigan, and formerly of Greensboro, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024. She was born September 18, 1930, in Gainesboro, Tennessee to Claud and Cora.  Mildred was a dedicated seamstress by trade and spent countless hours perfecting her craft, creating various beautiful pieces. Her true joy, however, was spending time with her beloved children and grandchildren. Her home was always filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of family gatherings.

She is preceded in death by her spouse, Ronald Bargerstock; her sons, Stephen, Ronald, and Roger Haney; her parents, Claud and Cora; and her brother, Bobby Stewart.

Mildred is survived by her loving daughters, Janet Del Toro (Homero), Joan McCormick (Donald), Sherry Bommarito, and Lisa Grimm (Neil). She also leaves behind multiple cherished grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her brother, Joe Young (Peggy), and many dear friends who will remember her fondly.

Mildred will be remembered for her kind heart, her dedication to her family and her talent as a seamstress. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside service at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Monongahela Hill Cemetery, Mapletown, Pa.  Pastor Tim Tanner will officiate.
