Richard G. Rodavich

Richard G. Rodavich, 54, of Bentleyville, Pa., and formerly of Carmichaels, Pa., passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at UPMC Washington after a short battle with cancer.  He was born January 13, 1970 in Waynesburg, Pa., a son of the late Albert G. and Lenora M. (Missini) Rodavich.  Richard was a 1987 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School and served with the U. S. Marine Corps.  He worked as a salesman of mobile homes in Reno, Nev. before returning home in 1997.  Richard was a member of the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in Carmichaels and enjoyed card playing, fishing, and the outdoors.  In addition, he owned several rental properties.

Surviving are three brothers, Louis G. Rodavich (Sharon) of Carmichaels, David Rodavich (Donna) of Garards Fort, Pa. and Theodore Rodavich (Laura) of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two sisters, Carla M. Paull (David) of Weeki Wachee, Fla. and Diana L. Checchi (Robert) of Shamokin, Pa.; 10 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews. In addition he is survived by his ex-wife, Jenny Campbell Rodavich of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Family and friends are welcome from 5:00 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. on Thursday, November 7, 2024 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa.  The Greene County Honor Guard will accord military honors following the visitation at the funeral home.
