Shirley Jean Sanner

Shirley Jean Sanner, 84, of Pottstown, Pa. and formerly of Carmichaels, Pa., passed away on  December 3, 2022.  She was born April 29, 1938, Cumberland Township, Greene County, Pa., a daughter of the late Albert and Catherine (McCann) McMinn.  Shirley was married to Jack Richard Sanner, who preceded her in death on October 12, 2022.   She was a graduate of the Cumberland Township High School.

Surviving are two children, Shelley (McMinn) Anderson of Carmichaels, Pa and Anthony Mancina of Mt. Vernon, Iowa; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and a large number of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; a sister, Esther L. McMinn of Texas and two brothers, Glenn E. McMinn of Virginia and Albert McMinn, Jr. of Carmichaels, Pa.

Deceased are two children, Vicki Sue Mancina and James Bradley Caton; two brothers, Walter Gareth McMinn and Donald E. McMinn and three sisters, Mabel L. McMinn, Bessie Ann McMinn and Loretta (McMinn) Riggs.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Glades Cemetery, Carmichaels.  Sandy Townsend will officiate.
