Timothy L. Kovalcheck

Timothy L. Kovalcheck, of Carmichaels, Pa, was called Home to be with the Lord on August 13, 2024, in the presence of his loving family, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

He was born in 1967. Timothy was a graduate of Mapletown High School, Greensboro, Pa, class of 1986. Timothy is survived by his mother Donna L. Sharpton, of Dilliner Pa, his sister, JoAnn Garrison and husband Robert of Waynesburg, Pa., his nephew Joshua Garrison and wife Jenny of Centreville Va, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Timothy was preceded in death by his stepfather, Orville ”Bud” Sharpton, father, Frank Richard Kovalcheck, and nephew Noah M. Garrison.

Although he was taken from this life before we were ready, we will remember Tim for his love of the beach, dragons, and especially his love of the Lord. Tim enjoyed listening to the radio and walking. Any day you could find Tim walking in Wanna B Park, often with his mom and one of the family dogs. Those who had the pleasure of meeting Tim along the way will fondly remember his loving smile and gentle soul. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

The family greatly appreciates all of the concerns and prayers extended during this difficult time.  All are welcome to join us in celebrating his life and sharing in our memories.

Visitation with the family and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, FD/Owner, Aaron S. Walker, FD, Carmichaels, Pa where the service will start at 4:00 p.m. Please feel free to join the family in wearing something blue, Tim’s favorite color, to pay tribute to his memory.
