Tristian Kaylob "Chunk" Jacobs

Tristian Kaylob "Chunk" Jacobs, 15, of Carmichaels, Pa., passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021. He was born February 15, 2006 in Washington, Pa., a son of Randall D. Coger, Jr. and Chrystal L. Jacobs. Tristian was an eighth grade student at the Carmichaels Area School District and attended Crosspoint Assembly of God in Carmichaels where he was a member of the youth group. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, football, being outdoors, playing video games and most especially, making his family and friends laugh.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his siblings, Sarah Lynn Brown, Larissa D. Grim, Tyler Dale Coger and Landen William Coger; his grandparents, Randall and Deborah Coger, Sr., Gary Jacobs, Sandy Riggs, Cathy Kerik and Gloria Coger and his step mother, Brandet Coger. Deceased is his grandfather, Daniel Kerik.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a memorial service at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Crosspoint Assembly of God, 550 West George Street, Carmichaels, Pa. Pastor Chris Dodson will officiate.
