Troy A. Martin

Troy Allen Martin, 53, of Rices Landing, Pa., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.  He was born October 18, 1970 in Brownsville, Pa., a son of Robert D. Martin (Carrie) of Jefferson, Pa. and Mary K. (Marinko) Christopher of Rices Landing.  Troy was a 1988 graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, kayaking and hiking.  At the time of his passing, he worked as a cooper for Wilson's Forest Products, Jefferson, Pa.

Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Allan J. Martin (Katie) of Morgantown, W. Va.; two nieces, Katarina and Kinley Martin and several aunts, uncles and cousins.  Deceased is his soulmate, Lori Fisher.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Troy's life from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at the Citizens Club, 116 1st Street, Crucible, Pa.15325.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to support the planting of trees.
