Vicki Lee Tanner

Vicki Lee Tanner, 68, of Greensboro, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 15, 2026. She was born on June 17, 1957, in Pittsburgh, to the late Clifford Lee and Roberta (Waddell) Parola.

Vicki was a 1975 graduate of Hempfield High School. She worked as a magisterial assistant for Greene County from May 22, 1995, until her retirement in June of 2022.

Vicki had a love for the lanes, and was an avid bowler. At home, it was the simple pleasures she appreciated most; a good cup of coffee, her dogs, and time spent on the back porch, where she'd play games or read books on her iPad. She loved her snacks, with a particular fondness for white cheddar popcorn and caramel ice cream. A die-hard fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates, Vicki bled black and gold. Where she found the most joy, was time spent with her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Jessica Jane Kiger (Charles) of Fredericktown, and Brittani Renee Adams (David) of Garards Fort; grandchildren, Brantlee Dylan Kiger and Evelyn Grace Adams; sister, Kimberly Jo Estep (Mark Anthony) of Tennessee; nieces, Rachel Lynn Novak and Jennifer Rose Karns, and nephew, Michael Glenn Novak.

In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by her sister, Wendy A. Parola Gilmartin.

Family and friends are welcome from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 21, 2026 and from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. on Friday, May 22, 2026 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Inc., Carmichaels. A funeral service will be held at 5:00 P.M. following visitation on Friday.
