William F. Marshall, Jr.

William F. Marshall, Jr., 71, of Greensboro, Pa., passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025 at his home.  He was born November 2, 1953 in Waynesburg, Pa., a son of the late William F. and Ivela (Johnson) Marshall.  Bill retired in June of 2024 as a welder for Gerome Manufacturing, Smithfield, Pa.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed fishing and hunting.  Bill was often found skating at the Mon View Park Roller Rink.  On October 18, 1980, he married Patricia J. Krency, who died April 17, 2017.

Surviving are a son, Michael B. Marshall (Shannon) of Canonsburg, Pa.; two grandchildren, Emma and Olivia Marshall; three sisters, Marie Marshall (Don) of Horse Shoe, N. C., Carolyn Koratich (Mike) of Columbiana, Alabama and Karen Deter (Rick) of Greensboro; several nieces and nephews and his companion, Karen and her family.

Family and friends are welcome from 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels, Pa. where a blessing service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 19, 2025.  The Rev. Thomas Lewandowski will officiate.

Interment will follow at Greene County Memorial Park.
