Marc J. Zmijowski
Owner/Supervisor/Funeral Director
Marc was born and raised in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Geibel Catholic High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh. He graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2015. Marc was destined to become a funeral director as he is the third generation of his family, following in the footsteps of both his mother, JoAnn Pavlic, and late grandfather, Leonard M. Pavlic.
Marc is a past president and member of the Southwest Funeral Directors Association, current District Governor for the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association, and a member of the National Funeral Directors Association. He is also a member of the British Embalmers Institute. In 2019, Marc started Zmijowski Mortuary Services, Inc., providing preparation services to many funeral homes in Southwestern, PA, and beyond.

Kylie A. Zmijowski
Owner/Funeral Intern
Kylie was born and raised in Bentleyville, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Bentworth High School and California University of Pennsylvania (Bachelor of Science in Chemistry). Kylie went on to work for Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from May of 2013 until July of 2021, when the facility in which she worked was shut down. The thought of one day obtaining her funeral director's license to work alongside her husband became a reality. She graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2024. She is currently fulfilling her internship requirements and will be a licensed funeral director in August of 2025.

Martin J. Yoskovich
Funeral Director
Martin J. Yoskovich was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised from infancy in Nicholson Township near Masontown, Pennsylvania, the son of Martin Yoskovich of Masontown and the late Cecelia (Cihon) Yoskovich. He graduated from the former Albert Gallatin High School at Friendship Hill in New Geneva, Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry and sociology from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. During his junior and senior years at Washington and Jefferson, Marty resided and worked at the former Richard H. Piatt Funeral Home on East Wheeling Street in Washington.
Shortly before graduation from W & J College, Richard H. Piatt purchased the Stewart F. Barnhill Funeral Home in Washington. Seeing a need for additional staff at the new funeral home, Marty obtained employment from Mr. Piatt and subsequently attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Upon graduation, he completed his resident internship at Piatt and Barnhill and began working as a licensed Funeral Director.
On August 15, 1985, Marty and his wife, Janice (Patton) moved to Carmichaels to purchase the Michael Lucas Funeral Homes in Carmichaels and Mount Morris, Pennsylvania. The couple operated both homes until 1996,when the Mount Morris funeral home was sold to the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.
With the election of friend and colleague, Gene Rush, as Coroner of Greene County in November of 2017, Marty began serving as Chief Deputy Coroner of Greene County on January 1, 2018.
